My Services
Individual Eating Disorder Therapy
In individual therapy, I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with their relationship with food, body, and movement. Together, we work on the challenges of anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles, and relationships with others through learning skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RODBT).
Family Therapy
Family therapy works to improve communication and resolve conflict in the household. With intensive training in Family Based Therapy (FBT), I guide families through the recovery process together. FBT is an evidence-based treatment model that works to prevent hospitalization for adolescents, while engaging parents in the recovery process. For more info about FBT visit:
Individual Therapy for Athletes
If you feel your relationship with your sport is struggling, I am here to help. I work with athletes to improve their relationship with sport and reach their peak performance. To help individuals reach their potential, I use techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), in order to address mental obstacles and optimize their mental well-being in their sport.
